2048 is an addictive game that was created by web developer Gabriel Cirulli in 2014. The goal is to combine numbers to create a tile whose number reaches 2048.
You can move the tiles to the left, right, up, or down and can build a tile with the number four by combining 2 tiles with the number 2, 4 tiles with the number 4 to produce an 8 tile, and so on.
With each action you take, a low number, like a 2 or 4, will appear at random. Because of this, the board will fill up more rapidly, and advancing along the rows will become increasingly difficult.
The key to success in 2048 is meticulous planning. In the confusion of the game, if you arbitrarily switch numbers around, you won't advance very far. Keep the largest numbers on one side of the square so you may begin moving them all to one corner. This is a crucial piece of information for beating 2048.
